Here’s the simple recipe I used to roast them.
Cut the stem off and cut into halves.
Season with garlic and herb, olive oil, and ground cumin.
Mix all together in a bowl.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese.
Pour onto baking pan.
I baked in oven on 350 degrees until brown toasted appearance.
