When you work with me you get a midweek check in via email for follow up on your progress status, in addition to progress review at our weekly virtual meeting. I will remind you of your goals and look for your response of completion status.

I will work each week to motivate you to keep working towards the next set of goals. Expect a celebration of your successes, encouragement for additional progress, and support towards any needed modifications.
