The day-to-day life of a busy woman like you can be exhausting.
There’s homework to check, calendars to manage, parents to care for, friends to catch up with, and a partner to show affection to. After all of that is said and done, what’s left for you? If you’re like most women I know, chances are…not much.
You may get a random pedicure or a few stolen moments of quiet time here or there, but other than that, your name is last on the list of priorities in your life. And let’s not even talk about working out, because who has the time for THAT?!
I get it because I’ve been there.
I’m a wife and mom (a football mom at that!), who’s felt left out of her family’s long to-do list. I know how it feels to work long hours, take care of household stuff, and quietly resent not having enough time to do the things I like to do. I’ve also been a nurse for almost 20 years and something I’ve seen over and over again with patients is how the lack of self-care – specifically through a healthy diet and exercise – can affect your quality of life.
Yep, that’s right. Eating right and physical activity are forms of self-care, and if you nodded your head in agreement just once as you’ve read to this point…then we need to talk.
My name is Latorsha and I’m a Virtual Health Coach. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a sincere desire to help people live happy and healthy lives. It’s why I became a nurse (I have a BS and MS in nursing) and obtained my certification as a fitness and health coach. I specialize in showing women who live full, but also overwhelming lives, how to reconnect with themselves through a healthier lifestyle and fitness.
The truth is, you won’t find the time to be active – you have to make the time. I’m here to help you on that discovery of making time for yourself, while reaching your health and fitness goals in the process.
My role as your coach is to help you reach your peak level of fitness, so you can face each day feeling fabulous!
If you’re ready to take the first step toward meeting your goals, reach out and let’s talk. I’d love to hear from you!
